THE FOLLOWING IS A DECRIPTION IN THE SELLER'S OWN WORDS;

 

This 1962 Century Coronado is a classy runabout that has had a head start on restoring it to it's former glory. This Coronado 21’ features a T-Top roof, bench seating and the original Ford Interceptor V-8 motor modified by the famed Holman Moody of Nascar Fame.

 

Hull

 

The Mahogany hull has been totally refinished and features the signature spaceship swoop
design on both sides. Bottom New bottom - 2018. Engine Original Ford Interceptor V8 -300HP. Gas tank was cleaned, new cutlass bearing.


INTERIOR

 

New interior vinyl side panels, dash, front deck and modified T-Top. The dashfeatures the original Century starburst gauges with Tachometer, Voltmeter, Temperature, Oil, and Fuel. The dash also has a center-mounted rear facing mirror and controls and switch for the spotlight.


TRAILER


Currently stored inside on dual axle Moody Trailer. There is a brand new bottom and there is a swim ladder mounted on the stern; great for re-entry after a swim or water sports. The aft bench seat has storage below it and will seat 3 passengers comfortably. There is also storage in front of the helm under the foredeck.

 

YET TO BE DONE

 

The original seats and engine hatch cover still need to be upholstered. There is some
minimal engine work needed before installing it back in the boat to get it up and running.

 

CONDITION


The overall condition of the boat is good. The hull, transom and bottom are in excellent
condition. The seats and engine hatch cover need to be upholstered. The trailer is in good
shape with the bearings having been greased recently. Tires are in good condition with
plenty of tread and no signs of sidewall deteriotion.
