Vintage Brothers is extremely excited to offer for sale this beautiful 1957 Chris Craft Capri. New sentence this boat is Hall number CP - 19 - 605 it is the six hundred and 5th Capri out of 786 total produced.
This boat is an incredible value and have due to the fact that it has been pampered its whole life and used only sparingly over the years.
Advantage Brothers we love what we do. We're enthusiastis first and boat brokers second. We love to find new owners for boat we would love to own ourselves!
As you can see the hull on this boat has been beautifully refinished in the correct red-brown post-war Chris-Craft stain as well as the correct color for the blond stained highlights. The hull side planking is highly figured with all seems being tight with no noticeable gaps. The bottom is original and I'm told soaks up in about a day which is tight for an original bottom.
The interior on this boat has been replaced is in a beautiful red color. New sentence one particular note is the Staind dashboard this boat would have left the factory with an upholstered dashboard but that touch as a lot of class to the interior this boat. Steering wheel is beautiful free from major blemishes the gauges are all clear and easy to read.
Mechanically this boat runs like a sewing machine powered by the very ample 131 horsepower KFL. The boat gets up on playing nicely and runs just as it did in 1957. The boat comes with a single axle Yacht Club trailer that tows very well and was made to fit the bottom of the boat.
This boat is a fantastic value due to its originality and fantastic condition. Being sold by a long-term owner but was fully restored 2002 is a stunning example of the mark. Please call Jim at 513-678-9379.
